1. General Provisions

This Agreement is a public offer and governs the relationship between the BuyLink.pro service (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") using the service.

By placing an order on the website or via messengers (Telegram, Email), the Client confirms their agreement to these terms.

2. Service Description

The Provider offers Internet Marketing and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) services, specifically:

• Link building (Crowd Marketing, Guest Posts, PBNs).
• Website audits and SEO strategy development.
• Reputation Management (SERM) on platforms like Trustpilot, Quora, etc.
• Copywriting and content translation.

All services are provided "as is". The Provider commits to making every effort to fulfill the order according to the Technical Assignment (TA).

3. Payment and Settlements

Work begins only after the TA is approved and prepayment is made, unless otherwise agreed upon.

• We accept payment via: Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH), PayPal, Payoneer, or Wire Transfer.
• All payment system fees are covered by the Client unless stated otherwise.

4. Guarantees and Replacements

We provide a warranty for the placed links:

• Crowd Links: 30-day warranty. If a moderator deletes the link within this period, we will provide a free replacement.
• Guest Posts and PBNs: 6-12 months warranty (depending on the specific publisher/site).

The warranty does not apply if the donor site ceases to exist due to reasons beyond our control (business closure, force majeure).

5. Disclaimer

SEO is a dynamic field that depends on search engine algorithms (Google, Bing, etc.).

• The Provider cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings or a specific volume of traffic, as these depend on hundreds of factors.
• We are not liable for any search engine penalties imposed on the Client's website. While we use the safest possible methods, link building always carries certain inherent risks.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Information about your orders, website URLs, keywords, and strategies is strictly confidential and is not shared with third parties. An NDA can be signed upon request.

7. Changes to Terms

The Service Administration reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The current version is always available on this page.
